Due to the flexibility of the new JetBackup service, if you do not choose to order this add-on for your hosting plan, any customer directed restore requests will now be charged a fee of $50 per incident as this reflects the amount of admin time needed to restore files. (this includes requests for restore due to your site being hacked as a result of a compromised ftp password, insecure web scripts etc...)
